Communication is one of the most critical factors for the smooth functioning of many professional, personal, or even biological processes. In the case of biological processes, understanding the metabolic pathways and their mechanisms of signaling driving the process of many biological activities is crucial. This is also important to understand aging or age-related diseases, treat such diseases or even provide information for healthy aging.

Most of the current interventions, dietary, genetic, or pharmaceutical, targeting pathways considered to be longevity mediators are linked to metabolic signaling. In this talk, we will discuss some of these pathways and how they affect health and longevity which may be crucial for healthy aging or for addressing age-related diseases.
