This session is mandatory for members to attend.
Insurance companies are actively verifying your services and CAIN registration status more than ever with an uprise in fraudulent claims. With this in mind, we want to ensure you have the right tools and information to make a clients claim submission to an insurance company as easy as possible (for them and you).
In this session, we will discuss:
- How to issue a receipt and information that must be included.
- New CAIN receipts for active members.
- What not to do when issuing receipts to your clients.
- Resources if you suspect fraudulent claims are occurring.
- When the insurance company calls: What to share and what not to share.
- What insurance companies are looking for when they call CAIN.
Members will be issued the new booklet prior to the event.
